Icons of Art, an initiative by The PaintBrush Art Community and The Namaste India Group aims to highlight such iconic artists who have made their mark in the world of art.
The book features the artistic journey of artists, their achievements and their rise. The book features the exquisite and unique artworks of various genres and styles that adds to the glory of the book.
The PaintBrush Art Community, founded by artist Sonal Purohit in 2019, with artist members from around the world, has published a coffee table book concept called Art & Artisan Next To You. Curated by Purohit, it covers 70 internationally renowned artists from 15 countries, with 481 artworks and 1981 images. “It is a book dedicated to the art world,” says Purohit.
The launch, which took place August first week was accompanied by an exhibition titled Freedom attended by 80 artists.
“Freedom’ displays the power or right to act, speak or think as one wants without being imprisoned or enslaved,” says Purohit.
The book received a tremendous response for the idea and its concept as it allowed the artists to reach homes of those true art connoisseurs.
